Everything starts with a conversation. Before making a proposal, I ask you to block 2h of your time to get to know each other, talk about your situation and desired change. You can expect this to be a tipping point. It’s a bold statement and it’s a reflection of the clients I work with. Curagous men and women.
If we are a good match, you'll receive a proposal starting from 3 sessions. To sustain change, I typically work with half a year assignments. I coach primarily in English and German. I understand Danish very well, if there are areas where you need to express yourself in your mother tongue.
Optionally a manager- and HR check-in is added. This is to address blindspots and incorporate feedback critical to your advancement. HR is involved to follow-up on next career steps. An additional 360 assessment and shadow coaching is provided based on request.
