Udgangspunktet vil altid være kognitiv coaching, hvor vi arbejder med nutid og fremtid. Vi har fokus på positiv psykologi og på det, der fungerer bedst for dig!
For mig betyder coaching at hjælpe dig med at finde ud af, hvad du vil. Hjælpe dig med at erkende, hvad der forhindrer dig i at leve det liv du ønsker, samt støtte dig i at udnytte dine potentialer og styrker.
I de senere år har jeg især fokuseret på at hjælpe andre med at håndtere et udfordrende arbejdspres samt overvejelser omkring bl.a. work-life integration og forventningsafstemning.
Ud over coaching tilbydes også feedback og vejledning til udarbejdelse af CV og ansøgninger, LinkedIn profil samt håndtering af jobinterview.
Jeg holder af at hjælpe andre mennesker med at opdage deres potentiale og styrker samt afdække den dybere drivkraft i værdier og handlemønstre. Jeg møder mange som udtrykker et behov for at være mere autentiske og et ønske om at leve i overensstemmelse med sine værdier og holdninger.
Erfaring
Jeg har arbejdet mange år i IT-branchen i et meget salgsorienteret miljø. Det har givet mig en god indsigt i job-roller indenfor teknologi og salg i en global organisation, samt erfaring med udfordringer og muligheder i globale job-roller samt de interkulturelle aspekter.
I 2005 blev jeg certificeret indenfor Co-Active Coaching fra CTI (Coaching Training Institute i USA), som er en ICF anerkendt certificering. Dette er suppleret med en række andre træningsprogrammer bl.a. IBMs Advanced Sales Coaching – Master Level.
I min karriere har jeg arbejdet med leder- og medarbejder udvikling, samt haft nordiske, europæiske eller globale ansvarsområder indenfor læring, ukonventionelle læringsløsninger og salgscoaching. Jeg har haft både formelle og uformelle lederroller, hvor jeg har motiveret og udviklet medarbejdere med fokus på at hjælpe dem til succes ved at imødekomme individuelle interesser og udnyttelse af deres potentialer.
Jeg har faciliteret kurser for ledere i emner som: Coaching, Motivation, Fastholdelse af medarbejdere, Self Empowerment, Innovation, Forandringsledelse, Emotionel Intelligence, Coaching af sælgere, Performance Management, Feedback, Delegering, Medarbejder Engagement, Distance Ledelse, Talent Udvikling etc.
Kurser for professionelle har typisk omhandlet: Samarbejde, Præsentationsteknik, Karriereudvikling, Mentoring og Time-management.
I de senere år har jeg arbejdet med unge talenter i et salgs-graduate program, hvor jeg har coachet og hjulpet dem igennem et krævende uddannelsesforløb, navigering i en kompleks organisation og udfordrende job-roller.

I use a cognitive coaching approach, where we work with the present and future. We focus on positive psychology and on what works best for you! For me, coaching means helping you figure out what you want. Helping you recognize what is preventing you from living the life you want, as well as support you in exploring your potentials and strengths.
In recent years, I have especially focused on helping others deal with identifying their personal strengths and competencies as well as dealing with challenging work pressure, work-life integration and expectations alignment. I have provided guidance and feedback on CVs, job applications, LinkedIn profile and handling of job interviews.
I care a lot about helping other people discover their potential and strengths as well as uncovering the deeper driving force in values and action patterns. I meet many who express a need to be more authentic and a desire to live in accordance with their values and attitudes.
Experience
I have worked for many years in the IT industry in a very sales-oriented environment. It has given me a good insight into job roles within technology and sales in a global organization, as well as experience with challenges and opportunities in global job roles as well as the intercultural aspects.
In 2005 I was certified in Co-Active Coaching from CTI (Coaching Training Institute in the USA), which is an ICF recognized certification. This is supplemented with a range of other training programs, like IBMs Advanced Sales Coaching - Master Level.
In my career, I have worked with leadership and employee development. I have had Nordic, European, and global responsibilities within learning, as well as unconventional learning solutions and sales coaching. I have had both formal and informal leadership roles, where I have motivated and developed employees with focus on supporting to succeed through meeting individual interests and leveraging their potential.
I have facilitated courses for leaders in topics such as: Coaching, Motivation, Employee Retention, Self-Empowerment, Innovation, Change Management, Emotional Intelligence, Sales Coaching, Performance Management, Feedback, Delegation, Employee Engagement, Remote Management, Talent Development etc.
Courses for professionals have typically covered: Teamwork, Presentation Techniques, Career Development, Mentoring and Time Management.
